RINE-project and the FutIS-program welcome all interested individuals, researchers as well as
practitioners, to a special results-seminar held at the Open Innovation House on Tuesday, 11.12.
The seminar will present perspectives to the way in which innovation and change happen in
the level of everyday practice of organizations. The seminar focuses particularly in the underlying
social processes that influence organizational activity. The seminar offers insight into why
– despite our best efforts – supporting innovation and change is so challenging and proposes
ways in which this could be facilitated.
